MADAD - Consular Services Management System
MADAD is a Consular Services Management System designed for Indian citizens to log and track grievances related to Consular Services offered by Indian Embassies abroad. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has launched MADAD Mobile Application on Android, iOS, and Windows platforms to provide mobile enablement of the MADAD system. The application allows the user to lodge grievances regarding compensation, court cases, domestic help, imprisoned abroad, transportation of mortal remains, repatriation, salary dues, tracing whereabouts, marital disputes, birth certificates, no obligation to return to India (NORI) certificate, asylum-cases, worker abuse, recruiting agent, contract problems, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and sponsor problems.
